About the Role:
CK's Plumbing and Backflow is looking for an engaged and organized Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team in Raleigh, NC! This is a fast-paced, people-first role where you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled field technicians. If you seamlessly adapt as priorities shift and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians to residential and commercial service calls
- Coordinate daily technician schedules to maximize efficiency and response times
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on arrival times and job status
- Enter and manage work orders, service requests, and job notes in Service Titan dispatching software
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and prompt resolution
- Communicate effectively with field technicians, dispatchers, and Service Manager to relay job details and special instructions
Requirements (Please read through carefully):
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Service Titan software or similar dispatching platforms
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
